Along the road that leads from Drijenča over Majevica to Tuzla, on a short section from the Roman Catholic parish church to the cemetery, in 2004 the locals of Drijenča erected the stations-chapels of the Way of the Cross. The stations-chapels were designed by architect Juro Pranjić and made by Blaženka Salavarda. Thanks to the stations of the Way of the Cross, Drijenča has become a pilgrimage site for Catholics from the Tuzla region.

The Way of the Cross also known as the Stations of the Cross (Latin: Via Crucis) is a Catholic prayer and meditative devotion contemplating the suffering of Jesus from his condemnation to death until his body was laid in the tomb. It consists of 14 stations. For each station, pictures or statues depicting the suffering of Jesus are placed in churches or public places.
