    Former thermal baths of Spa:
A redevelopment project is currently underway for a mixed-use real estate complex.
Listed as a Historic Monument on January 3, 1992.

The furnishing of the baths, the work of Léon Suys from Brussels, develops an eclectic architecture with rich decoration (carved pediment, allegorical statues, pilasters, etc.). The same attention to decoration is found in the imposing entrance hall, signed by the painter and decorator Joseph Carpay, where mythological themes and numerous references to antiquity unfold, playing with reliefs, colors and materials (stucco, painting or imitation marble). The hall houses two fountains fed by the springs that have made the reputation of the spa town, the Queen's spring and the Marie-Henriette ferruginous spring, caught on the heights of Nivezé and brought by 3 km of cast-iron pipes.

Unfortunately, the building is currently hidden behind a construction fence, so one can only guess at its true splendor.

As of Sept. 24, the building is open to the public again, although there is still construction work going on around it
