The "La Picherotte" stream had an important function in earlier times, namely supplying the Spa mill with water. In the middle of the 19th century, a promenade was built along the stream, which was given the name "Artists' Stream". Today, this pretty promenade spans the stream in several places with the help of nice little wooden bridges. Each little bridge bears the name of a painter.
