Information board on the Roman road Bad Cannstatt - Benningen.
A road was needed along the Neckar border that connected the individual forts, each about 15 km apart. The road from Cannstatt to Benningen ran over the Burgholzhöhe and Kornwestheim, further over the site of the Ludwigburg market square to the Kugelberg and from there straight under today's road to Benningen.
