I stayed here in August 2022 while following Montanas Vacias, a great place to sleep for the night, it even had a mattress that someone had left. NO DRINKING WATER SOURCE, at least not one I could find. I confirmed with locals visiting that they had never seen a water source there. Best to fill up at Orihuela del Tremedal.
There was a crunching sound of termites in the roof that was slightly annoying but may not always be present.September 2, 2022
