On the way back we turn into the tiny Rabenhain; With slow steps we enter the grove with the small Windschur trees, among which there is in fact an apple tree, which can more accurately be described as a bush, and which gives us its last apple of the year.
In the middle of the only official path is the one bench on which we now eat; While many people pass by behind the hill on the white belt of the west end, we keep to ourselves in the silence of the dune forest.
In the afternoon I try out the second route through the Winzwald alone, where I have to cross the grounds of the “Haus am Meer” holiday complex and although I don’t directly come across a prohibition sign, it doesn’t seem correct to me, but “seen is seen” , I always say to myself; I'm not doing any damage.
