Es handelt sich um eine fast überwiegend sehr schöne Strecke von immerhin 105 km. Das kurze Stück an der Bundesstraße 214 wurde durchgehend auf einem Fahrradweg zurückgelegt, ansonsten war das Thema Kraftfahrzeugverkehr fast auf der gesamten Strecke zu vernachlässigen. Celle und die durchfahrene Allerniederung sind absolut lohnenswert. Fast unmittelbar hinter der Pfennigbrücke (Querung der Aller) beginnt bereits die schöne Innenstadt von Celle.
