Path is irresponsible and not maintained. Climbing with hands and feet over a steep alluvial fan with a precipice next to it. Only walk up with little luggage and a lot of experience. Descent on the east side is beautiful.

If you want to hike in the heart of the Catinaccio away from the usual mass tourism, I suggest you go up to the Scalieret from the Vajolet refuge following the "Don Guido" path. Starting from behind the refuge, cross the gully and go up towards the Pope pass and then climb directly to the top of the Scalieret

Tough climb, never gives up and often on slippery gravel. From Vajolet to Cima Scalieret there are about 700 meters in altitude. I advise against going downhill, in my opinion it is dangerous
