In front of the church, which is dedicated to St. Nicholas, is a beautiful pond and the Till Eulenspiegel square, with a figure of Till. From the pulpit created by a carpenter in Räbke, columns came to the museum to BS. In the upper part of the church garden one finds the 94th and the second history and Till returns.

The church of St. Nicolai in Kneitlingen, built in Romanesque style, is one of the oldest churches on the Elmrand and was first mentioned in 1441.
The paintings inside the church create a special kind of medieval flair. One has the impression that Till Eulenspiegel could turn the corner at any moment.

A total of three of the 96 Eulenspiegel histories can be discovered in front of and on the church grounds: the 1st, the 2nd and the 94th history. The Till Eulenspiegel memorial stands in front of the church and there is also a plaque naming all the towns in which Till played his tricks on others during his travels. In the churchyard, a small wooden horse commemorates Till's ride through the village with his father.
