The church existed in the village already in the Middle Ages. In 1590, a fire destroyed the then temple, which had a wooden tower. The current church was built in 1865. The temple represents the neo-Gothic style. It was built of ceramic brick. It is a hall church with a tower on the axis from the west, which is cuboid at the bottom, and in the upper part has the form of a prism with an octagonal base. It is covered with a pyramidal dome. The nave body is surrounded by lesenes, which under the eaves of the roof turn into pinnacles.
