Near the A38 motorway, the St. Pankratius motorway church in Rothenschirmbach is one of four motorway churches in Saxony-Anhalt. Not just for drivers, it is a resting place for the soul - as motorway churches are often called.

A dedicated support group of volunteers ensures that the church is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., there is a toilet, fresh water and an opportunity to rest.
