𝗔𝗺 "𝗣𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲𝗻"The pioneer rock derives its name from the "pioneer path" leading past it. Only through the construction of this path and the blasting of a passage did the lookout rock come into being. The rock breach was blown up by the 1st Pioneer Battalion No. 8 (inscription on the rock). There are different statements as to the time of execution. The designation of the engineer battalion suggests that the blasting took place shortly before or after the First World War. Source: text information board
