The knights meet here once a year – in the citadel park, Vechta's green lung and resort, just a few steps away from the hustle and bustle of the district town's shopping street. Because during the Burgmannentage, a medieval spectacle, exciting knight fights and a medieval market take place here every year on the last weekend in September. But the Citadel Park in Vechta is also definitely worth a visit on any other day of the year.
