Wavy road with rough asphalt. Hardly any traffic as it is closed to through traffic. Therefore, branches and leaves often lie on the road in autumn. The landscape is quite beautiful. However, I prefer the "new" country road that runs parallel here, through the better asphalt and more beautiful views to the Ore Mountains.

Road cycling

The old country road is no longer passable by car and therefore ideal for cycling. It leads parallel to the Liebethaler Grund on the height along. You can always peek through the branches and marvel at how narrow and deep the reason is. In the middle, for example, at least in winter you can see the back of the Richard Wagner monument in the ground.
