According to tradition, the cloth factory Johann Wülfing & Sohn was founded in Lennep in 1674. In 1996 its gates were closed forever as one of the last German casualties in the competitive struggle of the international textile industry. The factory buildings remain. They testify to the former size and importance of the company.

The museum is open every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. year-round.
Admission: adults 4 euros, reduced 3 euros, on theme days 5 euros.
