The hut's home-style cuisine is based on regionality and seasonality. The head chef serves the hearty house sausage with juicy sauerkraut and traditional Tyrolean dumplings. Milk and cheese products from the Sojer natural cheese dairy, meat and sausage products from the Sonnweber butcher's shop and honey from the Wolf Apiary in Grünau are lovingly processed in the dishes.
The hut can be reached in about an hour from the parking lot in the valley.
