Viele kleine Wasserfälle

A stream runs down the steep wall towards the valley and flows in hundreds of small rivulets over moss and fern on the rock wall.

Be careful, the rock faces are tricky, because the temperature fluctuations caused by sun and shade make the rocks crumble. A small stone shot right in front of my nose, a large one struck a chat with hikers right next to us in the Levada. So make breaks better in places without rock overhangs.

There is not that much water in summer.

Yesterday we unfortunately had to turn around at this point, because everything was muddy due to the rains of the last few weeks, this waterfall was too extreme and whole sections of the path had been torn down one curve before ... that was never the case in the last few years at that time. Attention: currently all hikes are officially closed!
