Rittergut Lüderode, a district of Neunkirchen, was an aristocratic court in the Middle Ages. A Sigfrid de Lutherode is attested in a certificate from the Goslar Cathedral Foundation from 1305. A chapel was also mentioned in 1453. The watermill was built in 1704, it later served as a forester's house, post office, restaurant and now as an apartment.
The roof of the manor house has a clock tower in the Baroque style. Years ago it was common for the bell to ring to announce the end of the day.
The inscriptions on the stone gateposts are also interesting.
