The small town of Stolberg is by far one of the most beautiful historical towns in the Harz Mountains. The place is beautifully at your feet from the Luther beech. The best thing to do afterwards is to walk down the Himmelsleiter and at the other end of the village up the Bandweg again, so you can see the beautiful village from all sides. Don't forget to visit the castle!
