after about 30 minutes (depending on your pace) of walking on mixed terrain, you arrive at the start of gamma 1, a via ferrata that is absolutely not to be underestimated given the great exposure and length. If you do it in the afternoon after 3:00 pm, be prepared to always be exposed to the sun so bring lots of water (and sunscreen 😊), and be ready for the descent at night if you do it when the days are short, so a nice powerful head torch is mandatory
