Visually completely unspectacular, but geographically a real highlight. If you didn't know, you would just cycle past it. The fence of the water protection area helps to orientate where exactly the border is.

Can be easily combined with the western, southern, eastern, and northern points of Hamburg and if you like, you can also add the highest and lowest points. Then about 170km by bike and you can see a lot of Hamburg and its neighbors.
