Cycling

The Neptunbad is without question my favorite sauna area in and around Cologne. In the middle of Ehrenfeld you can have a relaxed and calm sauna here in a stylish ambience. There is also a restaurant and fitness facilities. Regular weekly markets and bicycle flea markets take place on the forecourt. If you are planning a bike tour in bad weather, then I can only warmly recommend you to end your tour here.

This Prussian-era bathhouse was built in the Art Nouveau style. Its grand opening took place in 1912. Particularly noteworthy are its many artistic details and the over 10-meter-high bathing hall, decorated with gold leaf. Today, it operates as a wellness center—the historic sauna is a listed monument.
