From this small hill you have a fantastic view into the flat glacier valley formed by the Austerdalsbreen over the years. Surrounded by small birches, the water winds down from the glacier to the Veitastrondvatnet. The glacier itself lies behind the bend at the end of the valley and only appears after you have climbed the small hill at the end of the valley.
