Alpine skiing
With the somewhat outdated Padon 1 ski lift you climb up the narrow passage. Some of the skiers tease the garden chair lift. In the passage, the wind often whistles through and whirls the snow through the air.
Arriving at the top, next to the Padon hut of the same name at 2407m, there is a wonderful view of the Padon peak, the Marmolada and the entire valley almost down to Malga Ciapela.
The descent meanders in narrow and wide tracks and often terraced down to the Padon 2 valley station.
