Pure tradition and relaxation

There is hardly anyone from Amberg who does not have fond memories of the “Waldhaus”: Be it the spacious playground with shady areas for short breaks, the idyllic wild boar enclosure that leads deep into the forest or of course the tempting smelling sausages fresh from the grill.
Even today there is a short break from the hectic everyday life in the restaurant itself and around it. In addition to the grill specialties, the tenant family Saller spoils their guests with homemade snacks and cakes.
The Waldhaus is particularly popular with cyclists and hikers - be it as an excursion destination or as a stopover!
