Passenger ferry from Starcross to Exmouth providing beautiful views of coastline. Check times online but generally it leaves once every hour between 10.10 and 17.10 in the summer. Bicycle capacity can be limited in busy periods and you will need to be able to lift your bike a few times; once over the railway bridge and again to hand it to the ferry attendant.
