The Garmisch War Memorial Chapel is a memorial on the Kramerplateauweg in the market town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Upper Bavaria.

The building is a monument based on the Bavarian Monument Protection Act of October 1, 1973, the file number is D-1-80-117-306.

In 1952, the Garmisch Folk Costume Association built the Garmisch War Memorial Chapel for all those who died or were missing in World War II. It lies on a plateau northwest of Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the foot of the Kramer. Above is the St. Martin mountain restaurant. Hans Ostler erected the conical roof building with gallery and campanile-like tent roof tower.

On the night of May 13th and 14th, 2006, unknown persons vandalized the memorial. Among other things, they destroyed numerous name plaques and daubed the walls. However, the war memorial chapel could be renovated again a short time later with the help of donations.
