The granary was probably built in the 4th quarter of the 19th century, as evidenced by the beam and brick structure of the walls, the arrangement and cross-sections of the wooden frame (with intersecting struts) and the machine-type ceramic brick. No information about builders and architects. The granary was part of a water mill complex and was originally private property (the Fischer and Reimann families). In 1926, the mill complex was bought by the Kołobrzeg-Karlińskie Towarzystwo Purchase and Sales. After World War II, the granary was taken over by the State Agricultural Farm and was used until 1989 as a grain warehouse. It is currently private property and not in use; planned
