Tips
The "Martinsteiner Klotz" rises as a rocky spur above the narrow valley near Martinstein. The andesite chunk with included crystals is of volcanic origin.
From a vantage point protected by a railing, you can see far into the Nahe valley in the direction of Kirn and the Mühlenberg opposite.
A bench is available for a rest.
