Frischmannhütte

Small, friendly mountain hut run by the Austrian Tourist Club. From the terrace you have a sensational view down into the valley. The hut has 32 beds in the dormitory and even some double and quadruple rooms.

Ideal resting place on the hike from the Wenderkogel ridge and whale path. Also the starting point for an ascent of the Fundus pillar or the Blockkogel.

At 2,192 meters, the Frischmannhütte is a popular ÖTK refuge and hiking hut in the middle of the Ötztal Alps and at the end of the beautiful Fundustal.
