Especially on this section, the landscape is somehow surreally barren. The cycle path winds beautifully through the bushes and trees along the Isar.

Quite a nice section of the Isar cycle path. Can also be ridden easily with a normal trekking bike plus luggage. But with some bad sections of the entire bike path (source > mouth), I would have liked to have had my mountain bike. We have been going on cycling holidays for many years. The Isar cycle path is not in our top 6.
