Villa Osterberg fascinates me every time I pass it. Unfortunately, the days of the old "spirit house at Dieksee" are numbered, because at the latest after a fire in the roof structure it can no longer be renovated. A new owner has already started clearing the garden. After the demolition of the building, which used to house an eye clinic, new living space is to be created here, which will fit into the park-like property on Niederkleveezer Osterberg and reflect the character of the old villa.
