End of the König Ludwig Trasse

Not a nice highlight, but please just keep building the König Ludwig route.
Via Datteln "Hagemer Feld", over the "Im Winkel" bridge, over the Verbandstrasse bridge and to the "Halde Ewald continuation" to Oer Erkenschwick.
Then this highlight could also be omitted.

From here it is possible to extend the tour to Oer-Erkenschwick or the Haard via RE-Essel!

Coming from the Rhein-Herne Canal in the south, the KLT is currently heading north-east in two construction phases. The second BA is built to the modern RVR standard and offers all the amenities of the newer cycle paths in the Ruhr area. It currently ends at the old train station in Datteln Becklem, not far from Horneburg.

A third BA is being planned and will lead in a wide arc to Oer-Erkenschwick, in front of the "gates" of the Haard, and will offer a connection to other railway routes. Completion currently still open.
