The Lintig lock is a boat lock in the Elbe-Weser shipping route. It is named after Lintig, a district of Geestland, and is operated by the Lower Saxony State Office for Water Management, Coastal Protection and Nature Conservation.

The lock was put into operation in 1860 as an artificial Elbe-Weser watershed. It initially had two wooden stem gates, which were replaced by two lifting gates in 1961, after the construction of the Bremerhaven tidal barrier. The masonry lock chamber was supplemented by a sheet pile basin in 1987. The northern lifting gate was moved by 30 m and the usable lock length was increased to 57 m. Since 1997, the Lintig lock has been operated in automatic self-service mode.
