Sperkhermstein is a small mountain peak in the Vienna Woods that is 563 meters high. It has a summit cross and a summit book donated by the three men who built the summit in 1996: Sperker Franz, Hermann Walter and Steiner Hans. The name Sperkhermstein is made up of the first letters of their family names. The peak is near Mödling and is a popular destination for hikers who want to enjoy nature and the views. There are several hiking trails that lead to Sperkhermstein, for example from the Kugelwiese or from the Großer Sattel.
