The Castle of Terbiest is a castle on Terbiest in Melveren in the municipality of Sint-Truiden in the province of Limburg.

Terbiest is an old seigniory, already mentioned in the 13th century. Around 1490 it came to the De Blocquerie family, and it was Christoffel de Blocquerie who had the moated castle built in 1627, which is still essentially present in the current castle.
In 1905, the Vanslype-Myers family bought the property and started a factory there, including a malt house and a distillery. In 1949 the property was purchased by the Belgian State. A National Agricultural and Horticultural School was established there, later to become the Higher National Institute for Technical Education. In 1951 the castle and park were restored.
