The route on the Ems Lateral Canal between Oldersum and Emden is not entirely easy for cyclists. As a gravel tour, it is a pleasant sporty challenge with gravel paths and some grass path. The view of the Ems Lateral Canal with its jetties, the boat traffic, the vegetation at the edge and all kinds of optically and technically interesting spots is a pleasure that is definitely worth a trip.
