In the middle of the picturesque landscape, on the outskirts of Jetřichovice, stands an impressive relic of times gone by: the former children's sanatorium. Its majestic appearance gives an idea of the important role it must have played in the community. With an almost castle-like architecture, the building blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape and silently tells of its glorious past.

But as impressive as the sanatorium may appear, its current state is sad. The once proud building seems to be slowly surrendering to its fate and succumbing to the ravages of time. There is a melancholy that surrounds the place when you look at the decaying walls and empty window recesses. A place that was once home to life and laughter is now abandoned and left to decay.
