    Hiking

A very nice experience... if you get there very early. Then you won't have a horde of self-absorbed influencers trying to take their hundredth picture.

    Hiking

The bamboo grove Arashiyama is one of the most photographed sights of Kyoto.

Since the place is very popular, it is almost impossible to take pictures without tourists being in the picture. You should therefore avoid coming on weekends or public holidays and prefer to appear as early or late as possible. There are no opening hours, access is possible at any time.

    Hiking

There is no entry fee and it is open 24/7. That is one of the reasons it is so popular with tourists. Maybe don't even try to get a good photo (it will have other people on it) and just enjoy it with your own eyes.
