War memorials to commemorate the fallen and missing of the world wars can be found in numerous communities and are an important part of the culture of remembrance of these terrible times. In this regard, Pullach has "padded instead of spilled" and built a not-so-small memorial chapel with a forecourt here on Isarhöhenweg. Inside there are two panels, one each for the opera of the First and Second World War. Directly behind the monument, a somewhat hidden staircase leads down to the Isar valley.
