Today I took the train to Aitrach. From there, I hiked the "Aitracher Höhenweg". The circular route led from the train station first along the railway tracks to the Fürst-Erich Chapel. This morning I drove to Weilheim and went for a hike around the Gögerl, Weilheim's local mountain. From the Gögerl, there was a fantastic view of the Alps and the Hohen Peißenberg. The remains of Gögerl Castle could also be visited there. A plaque tells the story of the Gögerl Maiden.
