A modern marina with 70 berths located in 't Bassin right next to the historic heart of Maastricht. The wharf cellars of 't Bassin are bustling with various restaurants, grand cafés, shops and galleries. Especially in summer it has a Mediterranean feel with filled terraces at the edge of the water. There are also various events throughout the year, such as the classical Bassin concert, salsa evenings and various thematic evenings.

Het Bassin (Maastrichts: Besing)[1] is a 19th-century inner harbor and also the name of a street in the center of the Dutch city of Maastricht. Het Bassin is located in the Boschstraatkwartier neighborhood and is part of the new Sphinxkwartier cultural district. The L-shaped harbor forms the southern terminus of the Zuid-Willemsvaart and is connected to the Maas via a lock. The buildings on the north side have the address Bassin or Maasmolendijk; on the south and west side that is Bassinkade. The Bassinbrug divides the harbor in two.
