Back in the 1920s and 1930s, people met there to listen to music, drink coffee and enjoy the fresh air. Every year the big water festival is celebrated in the city park, with a fun regatta on Lake Schwedt.
The “yacht harbor” is very popular as a meeting point for water sports enthusiasts and leisure captains.
