Historical Gemarkungsstein (1792), were marked at the three areas: The forest Michelbacher cent forest, the Mainz manorial forest and the Schönauer Cameralwald, which belonged to the Palatinate.

Großer Adlerstein - triple boundary stone from 1792
Interesting that the Mainz bike (Grand Duchy of Hesse) can be found on the opposite side of Mainz. But the territorial boundaries of the small German state were quite winding.
The Grand Duchy of Baden no longer reaches here. The border with Baden is 1 km further west.
The landmark is today only on the Wald-Michelbach district.
