For a change, a train tour. For two weeks you could use local transport throughout Germany free of charge. I have to savor it at least once! With the ICE to Essen (also free with bonus points). Actually nothing expected, but the surprise in Cologne ... see photo. Komoot recording runs from Essen to Bonn. I no longer recorded the journey home, it was nothing special anymore and it was dark.

(Two photos are especially for Flar Dlawso.) We used the rainy weather to go to this exhibition."Here I stand, I can't help it" - conscience and protest 1521 to 2021. On the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the Worms Reichstag, where Luther made this statement and the ban on him was imposed, others who fought for their conscience were portrayed: Sophie Scholl, Nelson Mandela, Hildegard Hamm-Brücher, Olympe de Gouges, and other courageous citizens.
      Exhibition until 30th Dec 21st

At first I got lost, got onto the sandy paths around a riding stables 🐴, then to Lampertheim. Lorsch, Bensheim, and then work started 🏔️. Africa 🌍 is just pretty high ↗️. Unfortunately, I had misinformation. Africa is only open on Saturday and Sunday. At least I got 🍻 to drink after all. Lunch then after a break ↘️ to Jugenheim. A couple of 🚋 and 🚂📷 on Bergstrasse. The rain came back at Lorsch 🌧️. After that nothing was dry anymore. On the way home, stop at the three oaks in the garden city. No record because juice all. The total tour is approximately 96 km.

Should be a bike tour, not a train tour. But it didn't work out without it.

We are over Lauffener Straße and Carlo-Schmid-Brücke on the left side of the Neckar and 🍰 there to Seckenheimer Schloss 🏰, where we had dinner 🥘. I also recorded the return trip 🔄 with the 626 🚍, which explains the high speed.

Inspired by you, I also wanted to visit the mountain cemetery once. I had chosen four graves in advance because the names meant something to me: Furtwängler, Fuchs, Ebert, Wankel. When we had visited them, we went to the Jewish cemetery and actually wanted to go to Leimen via the Ehrenfriedhof. The tile man was wrong, however, and it was raining - no end to be expected in the foreseeable future. So we preferred to take the tram to the city center.
