Shortly before the Schusteracht reaches its northernmost point in Raisdorf, it crosses the Rosensee in the Rosenfeld district of the municipality of Rastorf, which was created by the damming of the Schwentine. It is the only dam in Schleswig-Holstein. Hydroelectric power station 2 was built on the dam wall in 1909, which at that time served the engineer Bernhard Howaldt to cover the electricity requirements of his factories in Kiel. Hydroelectric power station 1 from 1904 is a little further down the river. Both power stations have been under monument protection since 1994.
