The Hagen still houses the oldest building in the city, "Anno 1599".
The family that once lived here produced several mayors, which is why the house is also called "Bürgermeisterhaus" (Mayor's House). A little further on stands the "Heiratsbrunnen" (Marriage Fountain).
It commemorates the many girls and boys who met while fetching water. In this way, many marriages are said to have originated.
