Crib y Ddysgl is a rocky ridge that leads to the summit of Garnedd Ugain, which at 3,494 feet (1,065 m) is the second highest peak in Wales.
Its name means 'ridge of the dish' in Welsh and it is of similar character to the nearby Crib Goch, the 'red ridge'. While the technical difficulty is comparible, it does not feature the notorious exposure of Crib Goch. However, the ridge still forms a memorable part of the famous Snowdon Horseshoe.
