There is a small picnic area.
From the Abbey of S. Pietro al Monte the route is simple, does not require equipment and there is a beautiful stretch in the middle of the forest on a slight slope.
If you intend to continue, however, the difference in altitude will take a surge, 300m in about 1km, with sections that require a hint of climbing.
