Tips
The viewpoint offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the west beach to Prerow and the lighthouse there. The cafe at the lookout point was unfortunately closed on 15. 10. 2017 forever, a great pity. The subsequent Grenzweg still forms the border between Mecklenburg and Vorpommern.

This is the vantage point and beach access on Grenzweg. Also the point 2 of the art path Ahrenshoop. At this point Paul Müller-Kempf painted the picture "Blick auf Ahrenshoop". It is a nice place to look and rest. With good visibility you can look north to the Darßer place.
